Information, Terms & Conditions:

The booking is for a 30-minute mechanical horse session with Emily Lloyd from E-Equine and a 25-minute post exercise sports and remedial massage session with Emma Trace from Purlands Massage.

For the mechanical horse session, please arrive in full riding clothing, as you would do to ride a horse (riding boots or jodhpur boots, jodhpurs/breeches, and hat).

As the session is taking place indoors, please ensure footwear and clothing are both clean.

For the massage session, please bring or wear a loose t-shirt.  If you feel your jodhpurs/breeches are too restrictive for your massage, please bring shorts or loose trousers to change into. 

We recommend that you also bring a bottle of water.

The Bicknoller Village Hall, Dashwoods Lane, Bicknoller, Taunton, TA4 4EQ. (next to the Bicknoller community shop) Free onsite parking.

Invoices can be sent in advance of payment, but full payment is required to guarantee a space. Upon receipt of full payment, a receipt of purchase will be email.

Cancellations. The only exception to cancellation is if the client has to cancel at short notice because they have been told to self-isolate due to Covid-19. Cancellations for any other reason will be refunded providing we are able to fill their space.

In the event of the day not being able to fill the minimum number required to run the event, a full refund will be given to all participants who have paid.

Times will be emailed out 7-10 days prior to the event. In the booking form you can request a prefer time slot and we will try our best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee. 

Data Protection Policy

We collect data for ensuring we have the right information for assessing your suitability to treatment, for completing the appropriate treatment, for contacting you regarding appointment follow-ups and for a referral to GP or other healthcare practitioners if deemed necessary. In addition, the data may also be shared with NHS Trace and Test if required to minimise the spread of Covid-19. We collect only data that is relevant to those purposes, and we keep it for 7 years. All information held will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be released to any other external party with the consent of the client."
